If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.
If you are not satisfied with the items ordered by you, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Send the completed return form along with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not completed in full, we cannot process the return request.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned item must be returned in its original condition and with tags and labels. The product must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Once the product has been received, the product will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still haven't received a refund, please contact our customer service.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. You can also bring the painting yourself (by appointment only). Please contact first.
Provide the return with a track and trace code (own costs)
Email a photo of the track and trace code on the day of shipment.
- The return form must be printed out in the package
- The product must be sent in unused condition
- The product must be delivered in its original packaging
- The product is checked for damage caused by the customer, sending a damaged product through your own fault will not be processed.
